He believes that all forms of HR and recruiting administration should be squeezed down to the smallest amount of time possible, giving you more time to do stuff that matters. Kris is the Founder of the two blogs The HR Capitalist and Fistful of Talent with the goal of building a community he and others could learn from. Previously, Kris has worked at DAXKO, SourceMedical,Charter Communications and BellSouth Mobility. Kris earned his BS degree in Communications from Northeast Missouri State University in 1991 and his Masters in Public and Private Managment from Birmingham Southern College in 1996.
