About the Person
Kitrina Dei Cont-Oye is the Director of Human Resources at On Side Restoration. As Director, Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye will lead the Human Resources function and play a pivotal role in strategic development and implementation of corporate Human Resources programs and policies to support on-going business needs. Prior to joining On Side Restoration, Dei Cont-Oye held several senior Human Resources roles with 7-Eleven; was Director Human Resources and Training with Ricky’s Family Restaurants and Manager Small Business Human Resources Solutions with Ceridian. Kitrina (Kit) Dei Cont-Oye holds an MBA Degree from Royal Roads University, is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS).
