About the Person
Kit Brady has been Gillette`s vice president of human resources, education and guest experience since 2014. Brady received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and drama from the University of Dallas and a Master of Fine Arts degree in theater directing and management from the University of Minnesota. She also received a Master of Arts degree in human resources management from Concordia University.
