Kirk also leads talent acquisition efforts for Centene’s specialty companies and health care enterprises. Having been in talent acquisition for 30 years, Kirk has gained a wide variety of experiences – from roles at small, privately owned companies to global roles with Fortune 500 enterprises. At the core of his talent acquisition philosophy is Kirk’s belief that a talent acquisition organization should align with the business, propel its success and provide quantifiable business results.
