About the Person
Kirk J. Allan is the Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Compliance at Genuine Parts Company. Previously, Mr. Allan was Senior Director of Human Resources and has served the Company in several important areas in his seven years with Genuine Parts. Prior to that, Kirk also worked at Delta Air Lines and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Kirk earned his BS degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1985 and his MBA in Finance from Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in 1993.
