About the Person
Kim Schulze joined Metalogix with over 25 years’ experience leading human resources departments for technology companies in both public and private sectors. Before joining Metalogix, she served as Vice President Human Resources at Earth Networks, Inc. and was Vice President Human Resources at Softek Storage Solutions, which was subsequently acquired by IBM. She also held the position of Vice President Human Resources, at OTG Software, acquired by LEGATO Systems, which was in turn acquired by EMC. In addition to her success in talent acquisition, human capital development, and employee relations, she has led change management, due diligence, integration and assimilation initiatives during multiple corporate acquisitions. Kim attended Penn State University and lives in Maryland with her family.
