About the Person
Kim Brostko has joined Evans Bank as Assistant Vice President and Employee Experience Manager, responsible for the coordination and execution of human resource strategies, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development programs. Brostko comes to Evans with more than 10 years of experience in human resources and learning and development. Previously, she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Associate Human Resources Consultant, and a Senior Performance Specialist for Ingram Micro. She has also served as a Product Knowledge Training Specialist for United Stationers. Brostko earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Bonaventure University, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She serves as the Secretary on the board of directors for the Western New York chapter of the National Human Resources Association. Brostko resides in Lake View, N.Y. with her family.
