He paved the way for SAP`s Social Recruitment strategy and is the project manager for SAP`s SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing (RMK) product, unifying the social recruitment practices with real-time analytics. His experience includes over 16 years of recruiting in key roles at some of the most respected and corporate 100 largest companies in North America. In addition, Kevin has applied his knowledge through strategic sourcing and proactive pipeline generation, utilizing both his technical and employment branding skills, and resulting in more stream lined, efficient, and engaged talent pools. Kevin`s leadership in creative sourcing and networking has been adopted by Fortune 100 companies in APJ, Americas, DACH, EMEA and Latin America.
