About the Person
Kerri Koss Morehart joined Cadmus as Vice President of Human Resources in 2015. She has more than 25 years of experience in providing strategic direction, process improvements, and appropriate infrastructure to ensure the highest quality of human resources services to organizations. Ms. Morehart leads the strategic and organizational initiatives that attract and retain Cadmus` exceptionally skilled staff and advance our mission. This includes directing the training programs that sustain a work environment reflective of Cadmus` core values; guide staff members in the fundamentals of consulting, business literacy, quality assurance, staff development, and a variety of technical skills; and comply with all federal and state regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Cadmus, Ms. Morehart served as chief human resources officer at award-winning federal contractor Phacil. She has also worked in leadership roles with Pragmatics, Inc., Fannie Mae, and SRA International. She holds a bachelor`s degree in consumer economics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and serves on the Food for Others advisory board.
