Foutch Brothers are bringing new life to the historic Stockyards District of Kansas City at the former Kemper Arena. The $39 million dollar renovation is transforming the single level 18,000 seat arena into a multi-level, multi-functional, 10,000 seat sports complex. Installation of the second floor creates over 82,000 square feet of column-free event space outfitted with 12 basketball courts. Sports agility, fitness facilities, golf simulators, hydrotherapy pools, healthcare services, retail outlets, and dining services will surround the two floors of hardwood courts.
