Foutch Brothers are bringing new life to the historic Stockyards District of Kansas City at the former Kemper Arena. The $39 million dollar renovation is transforming the single level 18,000 seat arena into a multi-level, multi-functional, 10,000 seat sports complex. Installation of the second floor creates over 82,000 square feet of column-free event space outfitted with 12 basketball courts. Installation of the second floor creates over 82,000 square feet of column-free event space outfitted with 12 basketball courts. Perched above the second level court will be one of the largest indoor practice tracks in the United States at 350m in length. The Arena will be a training and tournament complex for athletes of all skill levels and in all sports. Our facilities are going to equip athletes with the proper warm-up, coaching and cool down to maximize their development.
