About the Person
Kelly Mead lucked into a career that she love. As an operations director, she was asked to take on some Human Resource duties. That was how she discovered Human Resource was her true passion. Her operations and finance experience enabled me to really grasp how Human Resource functions contribute to the bigger picture resulting in the success of a company. She is a firm believer that human resources is a key contributor to a company achieving its strategic objectives. Human Resource makes the connection between the needs of the company and the needs of the employees. By partnering with leadership and implementing policies and programs that align the people resources with the company`s strategy, Human Resource adds value. She thoroughly enjoy being a business partner, adviser and coach to management as well as an advocate for employees.
