About the Person

Kelly A. Lafnitzegger is the Vice President of Human Resources for GE Power & Water.   Lafnitzegger joined GE in 1989, where she held a series of leadership roles in human resources and development.   Most recently, she served as senior executive of human resources for GE Transportation.   Lafnitzegger holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and earned her master’s degree in human resources management and organizational behavior from Northwestern University.
