Kelle Thompson is the Vice President of Enterprise Talent Marketing and Innovation at Fidelity Investments where she leads the firm`s efforts in social recruiting, employment branding and talent innovation.Prior to working at Fidelity Investments, Kelle was at Liberty Mutual Group where she was responsible for recruitment marketing and employment branding for the Fortune 100 company, including the careers website, recruiting collateral, and social recruiting strategy. Kelle received her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and her BA from Wellesley College. A committed Yankees fan, she currently resides in Boston, MA and wears her Yankees hat with discretion.
