Keith D. Sanders serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of The Huntington National Bank Inc. Mr. Sanders served as Senior Executive Vice President at Huntington Bancshares Inc. since January 2012. and has been its Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2010. Mr. Sanders served as the Director of Human Resources at Huntington Bancshares Inc. since May 2010 and The Huntington National Bank since June 2010. Mr. Sanders served as Executive Vice President at Huntington Bancshares Inc since May 2010 until January 2012. Mr. Sanders defines and directs all human resources policies, procedures and strategies in addition to leading Huntington`s diversity and inclusion program. He is responsible for managing talent identification and acquisition as well as the training and development of existing personnel. In addition, he leads performance management, change management and compensation design. He has more than 20 years of HR experience. Before joining Huntington, Mr. Sanders was a U.S. Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiAmericas, Inc., and was its chief diversity and inclusion officer. Prior to PepsiAmericas, he was a district human resources director at AutoNation, supporting over 3,000 associates and managing staffing, recruiting and retention efforts. He also previously worked as a human resources manager at Target and Federated Department Stores, now known as Macy`s, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors of Harper College in Illinois Mr. Sanders earned his bachelor`s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University.
