About the Person
Keeli Looper joined Tel Hai in 2011 as Director of Volunteer Services. She was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2015 and has direct administrative responsibility for all recruiting, retention and human resources related efforts for the community. Keeli received her bachelor`s degree in business management from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla.
