Keba Gordon is currently Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development at Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, Michigan. He directs High Potential Development and is responsible for the strategy, design, and operations that accelerate readiness throughout Whirlpool’s leadership pipeline. Keba leads the Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) and the corporate Whirlpool University team. Keba is passionate about turning leadership potential into world-class performance. Prior to joining Whirlpool, his work has helped transform Fortune 500’s like Best Buy, Northrop Grumman, Ebay, and Comcast. Keba has also held leadership roles in the consulting and government sectors domestically and internationally. His strengths include design-thinking, collaboration, and a contagious drive to build healthy organizations and effective leadership. Keba has an MBA in Organization & Management from Emory University and a BA in Finance from Howard University. He started his career in Investment Banking (Private Equity), before making the shift to consulting. Keba resides in St. Joseph, Michigan with his wife, Brandi, and their two boys, Aidan(10) and Noah(3). He is a life-learner and mentor who enjoys volunteering, sports, fitness, camping, music and global travel.
