About the Person

Kaye Swanson is Chief People Officer of QAD. Kaye oversees programs to develop people's skills, improve performance and create an enabling QAD culture.   She is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions, from training, executive development and recruiting to succession planning, human capital strategy, culture change and regulatory issues.   Before joining QAD in 1998, Swanson's career included various positions in human resources at LG Electronics, Armstrong Burroughs, Health Insurance Commission and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.   Swanson received a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University as well as a master's degree in Organizational Coaching from University of Sydney.
