Previosuly, Kay had served at CORE Media Group Inc., Relativity Media, LLC, General Electric, Vivendi, Universal Studios and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. She earned BS in Business Administration from University of Southern California and JD in Law from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.
