About the Person

Kay joined CST in 2015 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, she leads talent management, people development and Human Resources strategy and practices, stewarding the culture toward high performance teams, positive employee engagement and programs that provide a competitive advantage. Kay has a B.S. from Baker University in Baldwin, KS and her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She brings over 20 years of experience in working with organizations focused on quality growth and people.
