About the Person

Katie Krager Strehler is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rehmann Financial Group.   Prior to that, she served as Director of Human Resources at Rehmann Financial Group.   Since joining the firm in 2011, Katie has continued to support the Firm`s mission, vision and values in all of her efforts. Her responsibilities include manage, support and direct all key human resource initiatives, projects and tasks; ensure that Rehmann maintains Firm of Choice status for current and future associates; monitor industry trends to ensure human resource practices remain current and competitive; lead the business combination process from a human resource perspective; handle escalated associate relations issues across the Firm; and coach managers on performance issues.   Prior to joining Rehmann, Katie was a performance improvement manager with Chrysler Financial, where she lead the development of learning solutions to close skill gaps and maximize the performance of 1800+ managers and employees for both International and US based locations.   She has a bachelor`s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University and a master`s degree in business administration from Wayne State University.
