About the Person
Kathy Rasmussen is the Director of Human Resources for Dominium. Rasmussen leads the human resources, training, payroll and administrative support functions for the 18 state, multi-family, property management and real estate development company. In addition, Rasmussen acts and advises on behalf of the company and all employee relations issues. Rasmussen brings over 15 years of experience in leading human resources for employers with anywhere from 150 to 5,000 employees. Previously, she has managed areas including: recruiting, compensation/payroll, benefits, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, safety and risk management. Rasmussen has a bachelor`s degree in human resources management from Metropolitan State University. She currently resides in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
