About the Person
Kathy Kane, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined Emergency Medical Associates in 2013. She brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and performance management. Most recently she served as the Senior Vice President of Adecco Group North America, a company that provides professional recruiting, staffing consulting and business services industries. She has designed and developed talent strategies and initiatives for several organizations during her career. Ms. Kane has experience in providing strategic direction for corporations regarding policies, practices and initiatives regarding recruiting and retention, employee relations and organizational development and effectiveness. As the Global Director for Motorola, Inc., she led the company to receive national and international recognition for Motorola’s benefits and work environment, including work/life balance, wellness and community initiatives through the media, awards and professional associations including the “100 Best” lists for Working Mother magazine, Fortune magazine and Businessweek’s Best Companies for Work and Family. Ms. Kane holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from the University of Dallas. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and New Jersey Organizational Development Network.
