About the Person
Kathryn Klepak is the Human Resources Director at City of Garland. She brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to the City. Most recently, Kathryn was employed as the Human Resources director for Richland College in Dallas. Her experience in both the private and public sector includes working as an HR consultant for various municipalities and fortune 500 organizations. In addition to Richland College, Kathryn has served as Human Resources director for College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas A&M in Commerce, the University of Wyoming, and the Cooper Institute. Kathryn has a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University in New York and an M.B.A in Business Administration – HR Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a certified trained mediator.
