About the Person
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Antoneas leads the company`s enterprise-wide human resource group. She`s responsible for loanDepot`s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, cultural development, and employee relations. Her nearly 30-year career includes experience designing, developing and managing human resource strategies and processes for high-growth companies. Her strategic expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, change management, cultural change initiatives, recruitment and retention processes, organization design, training and development, and compensation and benefits programs. Before joining loanDepot, Antoneas served as corporate chief human resources officer for M Resort / Marnell Sher Gaming, LLC, a developer and operator of gaming establishments, hotel-casinos and casino resorts. Prior to that, she was president and owner of Moore Consulting, LLC, a consulting business providing expertise in human resources management. Antoneas` career experience also includes executive leadership roles as corporate senior vice president / CHRO at ITT Corporation and a series of human resource leadership roles at Harrah`s Entertainment Inc.
