Kathleen L. Pinkett is the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Securian Financial, , effective October 1, 2010. Pinkett joined Securian in 1981 as an assistant analyst in management services. In 1995, after holding increasingly responsible business positions, she joined the human resources department as director of human resources planning. Prior to that, she was named vice president and assumed responsibility for the procurement and facilities services departments.Pinkett has a bachelor`s degree from Macalester College and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
