\r\n Kathleen Fitzgerald is the Vice President of Human Resources- Corporate, Distribution and Manufacturing at Wegmans Food Markets.\r\n\r\n  \r\n\r\n She is responsible for Corporate, Distribution, and Manufacturing Employee Relations, Talent Management and Organizational Planning and Design. Kathleen is also responsible for ensuring that HR programs, processes and systems represent the cultural values and company priorities and that they are consistently administered in compliance with laws and regulations.\r\n\r\n  \r\n\r\n Prior to that, she served as Director of Human Resources at Wegmans Food and Supermarkets.\r\n\r\n  \r\n\r\n She joined the company in March 2006 and moved her way up to the current position.\r\n\r\n  \r\n\r\n Kathleen earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Business and Human Communications from State University of New York at Fredonia.\r\n
