I currently serve as global Director of Human Resources responsible for overall corporate Human Resource activities. I’ve performed as Vice President, Human Resource, Senior Human Resources Manager/Business Partner for Divisions like Corporate: Executives, Legal, Finance, IS; Commercial: Sales & Marketing and R&D: Global Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Drug Safety Evaluation, Clinical Pharmacology and Clinical Development groups. I am a trusted advisor to the management team and an effective contributor to the strategic direction development of an organization. I have the commitment, dedication and passion to partner with management to “get things done” and stretch teams’ thinking beyond their own expectations.
