About the Person
I have dedicated over 15 years of my career to increasing various department`s effectiveness and viability. This has allowed me to design and rebuild departments from the ground up to see them fully functioning and exceeding expectations. My focus has always been to align people and projects in a way that sees the projects to completion and enhances each individuals abilities and growth. My experience with organizational development, people management, process and project development and educational deliverables has given me the opportunity to work in a variety of areas while still maintaining this focus.
