About the Person

Karen Weeks is an impact-driven strategic partner with expertise in the areas of performance management, leadership development, change management, people analytics, career coaching, organization effectiveness. Working across all levels of the organization from entry level to senior executive, she has developed programs and designed frameworks critical to business success including leadership development programs, talent planning, performance management systems, on-boarding programs, coaching tools (including 360 feedback), and team building activities.   Currently, Karen serves as the Vice President - People at OrderGroove. Previously she was the Talent Management Director (for Client Services & Technology), Manager of Learning and Development and the HR Business Partner for Client Services all at Yodle. Additionally, she worked at Analytical Graphics, where she was the HR Generalist for the aerospace software company, and for the international consulting firm, The Monitor Group, as a Training Coordinator. She started her career as the first HR employee at Mortgage Advocates, a small mortgage company where she was able to build the HR department from the ground floor.    Karen’s academic credentials include a MS in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a BA in Theatre Arts from Elon University. She is currently certified as an MBTI facilitator, DDI facilitator and a Lominger facilitator, specifically Leadership Architect, Voices (360 Feedback) and Interview Architect. Karen is an active member of HRLC, SHRM, ASTD and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
