About the Company

Harry Paul Weitzel, also known as Hap, has been Senior Vice President and Secretary of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. since January 5, 2015 and has been its General Counsel since April 2016. Mr. Weitzel is responsible for all legal functions of the Company, including securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience as a commercial litigation partner with several firms and at Pepper Hamilton in Irvine, California. His area of practice is in civil trials and arbitrations in which he has successfully represented individual, corporate and governmental clients as plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Weitzel has extensive experience as a commercial litigator, having practiced over 24 years in Texas and California. He served as Deputy General Counsel of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC from January 2015 to April 2016. Mr. Weitzel has tried cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations under the AAA, JAMS and the ICC. He has handled appeals in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Enterprise, he was a commercial litigation partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Irvine, California from October 2009 to December 2014. He has been a Director of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, General Partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. since November 7, 2016. Mr. Weitzel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and JD from Harvard Law School.

 

About the Person

Karen D. Taylor has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC at Enterprise Products Partners L.P. since August 2016. Ms. Taylor served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EnerVest, Ltd., since August 2013. She oversees all aspects of human resources and ensures that the human resources strategy, programs and policies are aligned with the Company`s business strategy. Prior to joining EnerVest, she served as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources and Administration for GenOn Energy, Inc. She has 15 years of experience in roles of increasing HR responsibility at GenOn and its predecessor companies. Prior to moving to HR, she held leadership positions in a diverse set of functional disciplines, including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, internal and marketing communication, IT applications and purchasing and procurement. Ms. Taylor has over 30 years of energy industry experience having held various high level positions in human resources, accounting, financial reporting and analysis, internal and marketing communications, IT applications and procurement. She began her career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. (now KPMG). She serves on the College of Administration and Business Advisory Board for Louisiana Tech. She has a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from Louisiana Tech University and is a certified public accountant.
