About the Person
Karen Soyk is the Vice President of Human Resources at AbbyBank. Karen will oversee the Human Resource Department for all of the AbbyBank locations. Karen will be charged with creating innovative recruitment and retention strategies as well as implementation of tools for continued organizational health and Corporate Culture. She has been with the bank for 30 years, and she continues to be an outstanding part of the organization. Karen started in the Human Resource Department in 2001 with approximately 65 employees. She has a proven track record of success working effectively with team members and leaders to help further the AbbyBank vision.
