About the Person
Karen Richard is responsible for Human Resources, Sustainability and Environmental, Facilities and Security, Communications and Community Relations. Karen serves on the board of directors for the Andersen Corporate Foundation and the Greater Twin Cities United Way (GTCUW). She is also a member of the Finance and Human Resources Committee for GTCUW and is the former Chair of the Board for St. David’s Center, a child development and community services organization in Minnetonka. Karen joined Andersen in 2014, after spending the majority of her career at Select Comfort, most recently as their CHRO and senior vice president of Human Capital. A certified public accountant, she earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from the College of St. Benedict, and her Executive M.B.A. from the University of Saint Thomas.
