About the Person
Karen L. Crone, serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Paycor, Inc. Ms. Crone served as Vice President of Global Human Resources and Project Management Office of Kendle International Inc., from February 2007 – December 2009. Ms. Crone`s duties included organizational planning, recruitment and retention, associates relations and compensation and benefits administration for Kendle International`s more than 3,000 employees. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Convergys Corp., with responsibility for the Asia/Pacific Region and Customer Contact Business. Ms. Crone earned a Bachelor`s degree in English from Miami University, a Master`s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Master`s certificate in project management from George Washington University.
