Mr. Andrew F. Kaminsky is Senior Vice President Corporationrationrate Development Investor Relations and Human Resources of Aeroflex Holding Corporationration He was employed by us in various executive positions since May 2010. He was our Senior Vice President since September 2012 and was our Vice President of Corporationrationrate Development and Investor Relations from May 2010 to September 2012 and Vice President of Human Resources from July 2011 to September 2012. From July 2009 to March 2010 Mr. Kaminsky was in charge of Corporationrationrate Development and Investor Relations for Easylink Services International Corporationrationration. Mr. Kaminsky has over 15 years of investment banking experience including as a Managing Director at Oppenheimer Co. Inc. from March 2004 to June 2009. In 2001 Mr. Kaminsky cofounded and presently serves as the Executive Director of the Greg Richards Larry Polatsch and Scott Weingard Memorial Fund a 911 notforprofit charity.
