Branch Civil is based in Roanoke, Virginia, with additional offices in Manassas and Virginia Beach, Virginia and Cary, North Carolina. Branch Civil provides full-service construction and design-build services for heavy highways, airport runways, site development, energy, landfills, dams and reservoirs, to both the public and private sector clients. G.J. Hopkins is based in Roanoke, Virginia. GJ Hopkins is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor with a full service, commercial maintenance department.
