Julie Nolan is the Chief People Officer at Simulmedia, where she is responsible for administration and human resources.   Julie has been building and growing teams and operational systems at highly-successful early stage digital advertising companies for more than 20 years.   Julie was the Director of Administration & Human Resources for TACODA, the VP, Human Resources and Administration for Real Media and the Director of Administration & Marketing for Publicitas Advertising Services.   She established her career working in broadcasting as a Promotion Producer for KOIN-TV, Portland, Oregon; at MTM Studios in Los Angeles, CA where she worked in production on popular TV series and as a Director at WRGB-TV, Schenectady, New York.   Julie graduated from Albany Business College and lives in Connecticut with her husband Bob Schoenbacher.
