Julie Lynch is the Vice President of Human Resources at National Fire Protection Association. In her role, Lynch is responsible for HR strategy development and implementation, talent management, employee engagement and organizational development. As a senior human resources executive with 20 years of experience, Lynch joins NFPA from International Data Group (IDG) and IDG Research Workforce Efficacy Solutions where she held numerous HR leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has created and delivered various HR related products, services, policies and best practices with an emphasis on productivity and employee engagement. Lynch lives in West Boylston, Massachusetts.
