About the Person
Julie Bush is the Director of Human Resources at Bancsource. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Bush will work closely with President and CEO Mychal D. Kempt and the leadership team to assure Bancsource advances its business, brings in and retains top talent and further embeds its core values and culture. Bush has more than a decade of human resource experience. She most recently served as HR generalist for ProEnergy Services in Kansas City, Missouri, where she oversaw human resources functions for over 400 full time employees. She also provided professional advice to the staffing divisions of ProEnergy with more than 1,000 temporary employees. She has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources since 2009 and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources-Certified Professional since 2015. She earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Technology from Kansas State University of Salina and will finish her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from William Woods University in 2016. She works out of the corporate office in Springfield, Missouri.
