Julie Benton is Vice President of Human Resources at Continental Structural Plastics. She has more than 25 years of global experience in a variety of industries, including automotive. Prior to joining CSP, Benton spent the past two years working as a chief people consultant for The HR Department, a human resources consulting organization supporting executive search firms and mid-sized manufacturing companies. Additional professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at global Tier One automotive suppliers Faurecia and Siemens VDO Automotive.
