About the Person
Juanita Lott brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Epicor, Lott held executive and management positions in human resources at a number of companies including IAC Search and Media, Sybase Corporation, Alcatel Business Systems and Stanford University. In addition to her leadership roles in human resources, Lott was the Founder and CEO of Bridgestream, an enterprise security software company (acquired by Oracle in 2007). She received a bachelor degree in liberal arts from the University of California Davis and a master degree from Mills College.
