Joyce Feaster is the Vice President of Human Resources at Arandell. At Arandell, Feaster will oversee strategic leadership to the company for HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention and development, total rewards, labor and employee relations, compliance and organizational development. Prior to joining Arandell, Feaster held several managerial positions at R.W. Baird, Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan and WE Energies. Additionally, Feaster spent several years as a self-employed franchise owner handling all aspects of an education business. Feaster is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she earned both Master of Science in Management and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees. She is an Executive Advisory Board member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, member of Metro Milwaukee Society of Human Resource Management, immediate past president of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Milwaukee Chapter and a fire and police commissioner in her community.
