About the Person
Josef Schelchshorn was born on September 29, 1960, in Hagau, Germany. Josef Schelchshorn began his career in 1978 as a salesman trainee at AUDI AG. As of 1982 he worked in human resources at AUDI AG. In 1986 he completed his extra-occupational studies of business administration. The father of two held various management positions in human resources at AUDI AG`s sites in Ingolstadt, Germany, and Györ, Hungary. In 2010, Mr. Schelchshorn became SEAT Executive Vice-President Human Resources in Barcelona. Since July 1, 2015, Josef Schelchshorn is Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Board member responsible for employee relations at MAN SE, Munich, and MAN Truck & Bus AG, Munich.
