Jorge Glascock is a well rounded and experienced executive with an extensive background in Human Resources, Finance and Administrative functions. A 20 year Finance and 15 years Human Resources professional who knows how to leverage the human resources agenda for the best interests of the company, and who has made significant changes in compensation, benefit and Human Resources systems. Responsible for development of strategic direction of compensation, health and welfare plans, retirement benefit plans, relocation and immigration programs and Human Resources operations and systems. Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to maintain competitive position and to advance and scale these programs. Responsible for design, development and support of programs that meet the needs of 22,000 employees and 25,000 retirees.
