Jon Dingledine is the Senior Director of Human Resources and Support Services at Mercer Health. Prior to joining Mercer Health in 2013, Dingledine worked at Val-Co in Coldwater, Ohio as a Buyer/Planner and Crown Equipment in New Bremen, Ohio, in the accounting department. Dingledine holds a Bachelor`s degree in Business, specialized in Finance, from Bowling Green State University and will obtain a Master`s degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University in 2016. Dingledine is a graduate of Coldwater High School and currently lives in Coldwater with his wife, Brandi, and their three children, Brielle, 5, Reid, 3, and Britta, 2-months-old.
