About the Person
John W. Frossard served as the Superintendent at Wichita Falls Independent School District from 2012 - 2015. Dr. Frossard`s experience runs the gamut - he has more than 30 years in education as a teacher, principal and school administrator. He has served as superintendent of Lenior County Public Schools in Kinston, NC; as chief academic officer, chief human resources officer and assistant superintendent for Fort Bend ISD, Sugar Land, Texas; and, principal for four new high schools in Virginia (three Comprehensive high schools and one advanced technology center with two being majority-minority schools). Before education, Frossard began his professional career in banking as an internal auditor in Virginia. Dr. Frossard received his doctor of education degree in school administration from the University of Virginia. He also holds a master`s degree in secondary education with a specialization in the instructional applications of computers and a bachelor`s degree in business administration.
