About the Person
John ‘JD’ DeMarco leads the business development management team and oversees all new business development, community relations, and company networking opportunities. He offers eighteen years of management experience most recently working for Jamba Hawaii as the Director of Operations before joining the team at HiHR. His positive energy is contagious, and his intricate knowledge of both the clients` needs and their business requirements make him a vital member of the HiGroup team. JD is an avid paddler and when he’s not out meeting clients you can find him hiking and enjoying beach activities with his family.
