John Edwards Capps has been an Executive Vice President of Administration assuming responsibilities for Human Resources at Jarden Corp. since March 2014.   John hac been its General Counsel and Secretary since February 15, 2007.   Mr. Capps served as Senior Vice President of Jarden Corp., since February 15, 2007.   He has been with Jarden Corp. since January 2005.   He worked at American Household, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, where he served as Vice President of Legal.   Prior to 2003, Mr. Capps was in Private Law Practice with Sullivan & Cromwell.
