About the Person
Jody joined the Human Resource Dimensions team in February 2014 as a Recruiter to support the talent acquisition needs of the Search, Supplemental Staffing and HR Partnership clients. In January of 2015, Jody was promoted into a senior Talent Acquisition role and has the responsibility of supporting HRD`s candidates and clients in a recruiting and account management capacity. Prior to joining HRD, Jody spent 20+ years specializing in small business retail and HR management working alongside the President and Senior Management to integrate and develop best practices. For fourteen years, Jody was instrumental in developing the processes that would allow Masada Leather & Outdoor to achieve revenue growth year after year. From there, Jody transitioned that experience to Ken Stanton Music, where she implemented changes to payroll, benefits, policy, and human resources practices, yielding significant cost-savings and greater efficiencies to the organization. Jody relocated to Charlotte in 2012 with her family and is currently expanding the HRD Operations to further support the South and Mid-Atlanic.
