About the Person
Joanna Pietropaoli is the Human Resources Business Partner at University of Rochester Medical Center. Joanna is also the Vice President- Human Resources Business Partner at M&T Bank since January 2011. Previously, she had served in various roles at M&T Bank since joining the company in June 2004. Joanna earned BA in Psychology and Economics from Colgate University in 2004 and Masters of Business Administration from University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2011.
