About the Person
Joanna is responsible for overseeing and delivering human resource services for the global organization. She comes to Viewpoint from Aspen Tech where she was responsible for designing and implementing its global organizational management practices. Prior, Joanna drove human resource and organizational development strategies that helped to fuel the growth of industry leaders such as Millipore and Analog Devices. She has also held human resources senior management and leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Tele Atlas, Symbolics, and Data General, and has run her own consulting practice specializing in executive and organizational development. Joanna received her BA degree from University College Dublin in Ireland and her MBA from Babson College.
